I'm usually hanging out with my favorite people—my gorgeous wife, Ali (aka—my favorite second shooter), and our three boys.
Whether we're playing basketball or soccer, riding bikes, playing Nintendo Switch, watching Survivor, finding a good movie, or playing yard games in the backyard, being with my family is where I love to be.
Nothing fancy.
Just quality time with my people.
I graduated with my bachelors in business and spent the years after college working in the world of finance and insurance. It was fine—but I never really felt like I'd found my thing. That is, until I found photography, and almost immediately, something clicked. What started as a passion quickly became so much more. I realized I didn't just love taking photos. I loved documenting people in love.
Maybe that's because I understand that every love story has more to it than the highlight reel. My wife, Ali, and I have been married for 10 years, and while our journey hasn't always been easy, it's taught me that the best love stories aren't the ones without hard chapters. They're the ones where you keep choosing each other anyway. By His grace, we've come a long way from those early years. Today, getting to build a life with Ali and raise our family together is one of the greatest blessings of my life.
And I believe that's what makes a love story worth telling. For us, putting God at the center, believing the best in one another, choosing each other daily, and refusing to let go when things get hard—that's what has held us together through every season. Because the best love stories aren't the ones without hard chapters. They're the ones where you keep choosing each other anyway. And that's why, after all these years, I still feel incredibly honored every time a couple trusts me to help tell their love story.
I get to document one of the most meaningful days in someone's life. There's something incredibly special about taking a moment that lasts only a few seconds and turning it into something you can hold onto forever. I care deeply about the photographs I deliver because these aren't just files in an online gallery. They're photographs you'll come back to for years. That's why I take the time to get the details right and edit with a timeless, consistent style that will still feel beautiful decades from now. Because your story deserves to be remembered beautifully.
